Best of south africa safari

23 August – 3 September 2017

We begin our safari in Cape Town. There may be only one other corner of the planet that offers the beauty and the climate of Santa Barbara. That place is South Africa’s Cape Peninsula. Our visit will include two one-day tours – Cape Point and the Cape Winelands. We will also visit Robin Island where Nelson Mandela spent over twenty years as a political prisoner.

Our safari includes the annual event in Namaqualand, where once a year the desert blooms with millions of wild flowers.

A safari in South Africa would not be complete without spending a few days viewing the wildlife at a private game reserve. Our safari will visit two game parks in search of “the big five.”
